Cancellation Policy

Course cancellation by the customer: You can cancel your course registration within 14 days of making the transaction and no less than 7 days before the course date, and receive the full amount paid (with a 5% reduction up to a total of $30 for cancellation fees). After 14 days, you can cancel the course until the second lesson and receive a partial refund (50%) of the course price. After the second lesson, you cannot cancel the course and receive any refund. A request to cancel the course must be made in writing via email: Natalie.Maximov@hebrew-is-real.com Course cancellation or postponement by the operator: We reserve the right to postpone the course up to two weeks from the scheduled date. If a course is postponed to a later date then 2 weeks, customers will be given the option to join the new date or receive a full refund for the course. If a course is canceled, customers will be given the option to join another course or receive a full refund for the course.
